Autumn Term 2001

DEEP THOUGHT

Welcome, or welcome back, to Aiglon College's most insomniac option!

If you wish to refer to any previous terms' readings, you can find them by clicking HERE for last autumns sessions, HERE for last winter and HERE for last summer.

We begin this term, as usual, by discussing the nature of philosophy and one very simple question (?) : What is the meaning of life? Do not miss it becauase you have been here before - we will cover some new ground and your experience of doing philosophy will help us a lot. Later weeks will look at more particular questions within philosophy.

Please send your comments each week, either through the link below or through the individual week links. I would especially love to hear from those who have left Aiglon and are revisiting the pages from their new lives! You may have come to have a new angle on all this!
