This species is a another mimic. Here is a male, dancing over the flowers in a park in Kolkata:





This, however, is a female, form romulus, which mimics the crimson rose Atrophaneura hector.



I saw this female in Mysore, where I also saw crimson roses. Another form, stichius, mimics the common rose, Atrophaneura aristolochiae.
