This is a very attractive butterfly. I saw several, mostly very worn, in Mysore in April 2010 and several more in Mumbai, at the Buddhist caves at Kanheri, in October 2012. Sadly, I wasn't in a position then to chase and photograph them so came away with just two rather poor shots. But it was a great pleasure to see them flying around.
